FTP information
This information will be sent to you when you setup your web-hosting account (keep it safe). If you didn’t set up hosting for yourself get this information from your web developer (or the person who did), must include: hostname, username and password.

Your domain manager
This is the control panel used to access, update and renew your domain name

Website source files
A copy of your websites source files, if your website is a full flash site. We recommend you contact us for a quotation

CMS login information
Access to your content management system (CMS) if your website is built with one

FTP client
You can download Filezilla for free.

HTML editor
You can download Notepad ++ for free.

Image editor (optional)
Sometimes you need to re-size an image to precise dimensions. I would recommend Photoshop for this. An alternative to this is Microsoft Paint or you may use an online utility to crop and resize your images.
